Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Dallin has been doing great at playing the piano! It's good for him, he gets frustrated that he can't instantly play a song, but with lots of practice, he can learn how! I have been teaching the kids from the books - My First piano adventure for the young beginner By FABER. It has been perfect for them, they enjoy it!

these are yummy!! A fancy version of a snicker-doodle cookie and yet they do taste like a cinnamon roll. We had them for a treat last night and for BREAKFAST this morning :) Click on the above link for the recipe! On this gals blog she says "trust me, these are good" and i say DITTO!

It's nice to have a special day of the year to celebrate LOVE! Packages, cards, phone calls(thanks Shauna), gifts, sugar, homemade valentines, friends, family, all the simple things in life put together to make the cherry on top in life.

Valentines brings sweet memories of me knowing that this guy was going to be in my future! We had a Valentine's dinner together on FEB 14 2002 just as friends ;) we had a special pasta dinner made by my home teacher and ROLO was there and he had just broken up with a girlfriend and i was thrilled ;) From the moment i first met Roland there was something special that i saw in his smile! His smile has made me the most HAPPY girl on earth :)

Valentine's Day crafts

My sweet little baby has had a runny nose and cold symptoms the past two weeks and then the last two nights she has had a fever and now this morning she woke up with a barking seal cough. She has croup! O' croup is one of those illnesses i really do not like, so we won't be getting any sleep for the next few nights until this cough gets better. I will just hope and pray that this passes quickly and will be a mild case.
