well i chose to have the doctor use super glue for Allison's head wound
We were at the library this morning and big sister was chasing baby sister and she fell and hit her forehead on a metal book shelf. Instant blood gushing out everywhere, a quick care visit and i chose for them to use super glue instead of stitches. As long as she leaves it alone it should heal nicer than stitches. Hopefully i made a good choice or she's going to look like harry potter with a nice scar on her forehead :)
it's amazing how the plans for the day can change so quickly
we started our morning by being surprised with a breakfast made by the kids, they woke up before us and we could hear them up to something in the kitchen. I love there little surprises.
then the girls and I stayed in our Pj's and watched a Christmas movie for the morning and ate popcorn. Then we were off to the library :)
this picture is from yesterday, Penny and her pre-school group went to a nursing home and sang to the Grandma's and Grandpa's and read them Christmas stories and played bingo. It was cute to watch the kids wish them all a Merry Christmas!

Poor Allison. She's a trooper. I hate how head wounds bleed so much. So glad she still has a smile on her face.
Looks like she's handling it well. Head wounds are the worst, but she still looks cute and things like that add character right? I definitely had my fair share of head wounds.
We probably won't see you all for Christmas and I don't know if we're sending out a card or not so have a Merry Christmas! We're looking forward to being with family down this way. Should be fun! -Ryan
Poor Allison! She still has such a cute little smile for the camera! Did Penny like going to the care center or did it scare her? My kids always got a little nervous there. It's good for them though. I bet they liked playing bingo. Jacie went to the care center today too and did some caroling.
Poor Baby! Raising kids is not easy! Hopefully she will heal quickly with no scars! Hang in there Mommy it probably hurts you more to see your kids go thru such trauma ;-) Give her a big hug & kiss from Ma~key!
