Today i came across a scripture found in -
1 Timothy Chapter 2 verses 1&2
It reads "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty"
As i read that scripture i pondered about how i need to pray more often for our country and our leaders, that we may continue to live in peace and that they may lead with godliness and honesty! O' how we need that for our country and if we pray and trust in God it will happen!

I hope and pray for my children to have a journey in life of conquering there individual pursuits of happiness. And that is made possible by knowing and feeling of how blessed they are to be Americans and acknowledging all that has been done to allow them to be free.We have so much to be grateful for!!
