North Pole Express

Happy Days

its Dallin's birthday tomorrow and we started celebrating yesterday. Smiley cookies delivered to his kinder class yesterday. Decorated Rice Krispie TRAINS with candy last night with friends.

And today as a family we took a ride on the North Pole Express!

The train ride to the North Pole was GREAT! It was neat to ride on a train, it was smooth and fun. The train traveled along the payette river and it was beautiful. The river was iced over in some spots and a little snow on the mountains. The kids were given letters to write to Santa and a Christmas coloring book to color on our way to the North Pole. There were also a few carolers that came and sang with us and treats from the snack bar! When we arrived at The North Pole Santa was there to great us all. We had milk and cookies while we waited for our picture with Santa and then the kids were given a candy cane from Santa. It was freezing outside but they had a fire built and the carolers singing, a lot of Christmas cheer! It wasn't too long of a ride and the kids really enjoyed the adventure. Santa even visited more with the kids on the ride back. I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the workers. We had a wonderful time and we all loved it :)

Penny and Allison

Align Center

The days of watching my LITTLE girls grow up are going way to fast! Allison is 6 months and i love this age, love it, love it, love it, i want to magically slow down time, but the days just keep going faster against my will and desire.

There is a scripture that reads "our lives passed away like as it were unto us a dream"

I guess if life is going to seem to be that fast, at least i am enjoying
ONE AMAZING DREAM!

I love my babies!

It makes my heart melt. song number 7 "it's not the gifts wrapped in fancy paper or the lights up on the tree .... there is nothing in all the world i need, when i have you here beside me --- the GREATEST GIFT OF ALL (YOUR LOVE) ...you gave me everything when you gave your heart to me (featuring Amy sky & mark masri)!"

CD found at Target. love it!!

Winters cold breeze is here today and thank goodness it is only for a short season. It's time to bundle up and enjoy the indoors today.

A Great Halloween Weekend

Dallin had school off on Thursday and Friday and he DID NOT want to go to school this morning!

The whole weekend was filled with lots of fun. Dallin was one happy boy, he loves the holidays! And i love trying to do my best to make it special for them.

Carving Pumpkins

My mummy boy - Wrapped in T.P

Playing with friends :)

We did lots of baking and crafts and got ready for a Halloween party. Dallin had fun decorating the house with cobwebs and spiders, the kids decorated cookies, played the game DON'T EAT CASPER, played witch tag. Then we made mummy pizza's for dinner :) Then our date night group kids came over. We made donuts, and we dangled the donuts from a long string and the kids lined up and had a race to eat the donuts with there hands behind there backs. They loved that! And we finished the night with watching MONSTERS VS. ALIENS.

Saturday's FUN -

*Micheal's Craft store had a halloween project in the morning

*Downtown for lunch to the Spaghetti Factory. Kids dressed in Halloween Costumes ate for FREE :)

Trick or Treated in the neighborhood

Then off to the Church for Dinner and the Trunk or Treat

We finished off the night eating lots of candy and listening to the SONG Monster Mash :)
